Joaquín Orzanco has a degree in Geology from Facultad de Ciencias Naturales y Museo (UNLP). Currently he is a Doctorate student on Environmental Sciences (3IA - UNSAM) and he is part of the Ecology, Remote Sensing and Ecoinformatics Laboratory. His research work is focused on wetland soils from the pampean plains, its ecosystem functions and the retention of pollutants from agricultural activities.
