Soledad Nomdedeu received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with an Orientation in Ecology at the National University of La Plata in 2009 and completed the Master's Degree in Environmental Management at the National University of San Martín in 2018, her master's thesis was based on evaluating the criteria for the identification and delimitation of wetlands at a local scale, focusing on the role of plants in the Pampa Deprimida region, Province of Buenos Aires. She is currently doing her doctorate in Environmental Sciences at the National University of San Martín, analyzing the indicator capacity of vegetation in different situations of wetland-non-wetland gradient, in the Province of Buenos Aires. She was an intern at the Darwinion Institute of Botany from 2006 to 2010 where she collaborated in different research projects. At the beginning of 2011 she entered the Support Personnel Career (CPA-CONICET) in said institution (IBODA), during those years she carried out management and maintenance tasks of the herbarium, field trips and identification of botanical specimens. In 2019, she joined the Institute for Environmental Research and Engineering and since then she has been carrying out identification tasks of material from different research groups and on specimens from the institute's collection, and tasks related to the design of the future experimental field.
