She obtained a Licenciatura (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree) in Biological Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, with a focus on Animal Ecology, and is currently a PhD student in Environmental Sciences at IIIA-UNSAM-CONICET.
Her doctoral research investigates the ecological impact of insecticides used for Aedes aegypti control on non-target dipteran biodiversity in ecosystems undergoing biodiversity loss, across continental and insular areas of the Tigre district (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
Throughout her academic training, she has actively participated in university outreach and public science communication initiatives, and has contributed to the development of technical reports and technology transfer services. She has also served as a teaching assistant in the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, University of Buenos Aires (FCEN-UBA), in the Departments of Ecology, Genetics and Evolution, and Biodiversity and Experimental Biology.
