Florencia Núñez graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2021 with a degree in Biological Sciences. At the time, she is in the first year of her doctorate, doing her research at the ecotoxicology laboratory in the Research and Environmental Engineering Institute (Instituto de Investigación e Ingeniería Ambiental, 3iA), UNSAM under the direction and co-direction of Dr. Gabriela Svartz and Dr. Cristina Perez Coll. She specializes in toxicity assessments of herbicides on Cnesterodon decemmaculatus, a native fish species.
