Professional resume + Expertise

He is a biologist, specializing in regional ecology. In particular, on issues related to species distribution models, connectivity, geographic information systems and remote sensing.

He works as a CONICET researcher at the Institute of Environmental Research and Engineering (IIIA CONICET-UNSAM), where he has also been a graduate and postgraduate teacher since 2009.

He participated in more than 15 research projects of which he directed two. It has more than forty publications, including articles in international scientific journals, congresses and meetings. In addition, he is the author of several book chapters and one editor. He received various awards and grants. He directed and co-directed graduate and postgraduate theses. It provided technical assistance in more than 15 works, collaborating on tasks fields as well as in the generation of cartographic products.

He is currently working on the study of connectivity for various faunal groups in landscapes modified by human activities.

He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires and his postdoctoral studies were carried out at UNSAM.
